Registration to ICORS 2024 and abstract submission are two separate steps, if you plan to present a contribution please note that you also need to complete the abstract submission procedure here. Use the link below to proceed with your registration. Please note that student grants are available: to apply for one, please flag the corresponding field during the abstract submission procedure and follow the instructions provided here.

Once you have registered, you will receive an email confirming that your application has been received. You will then need to wait for your payment to be processed before receiving an email confirming the registration (normally takes 7-10 days).

*  This reduced fee applies to students (from undergraduates to Ph.D. candidates) upon presentation of an official student ID/certificate issued by your institution. We kindly request you to ensure the document’s validity for the conference days, upload it below, and be prepared to present it on-site at the registration desk.

** For non-presenting participants only, the Registration deadline for presenting authors is June 7th 2024.

All fees are 22% VAT included.

The Standard Fees include:

The Light Fees include:

The Full Company Fees include:

  • Participation to the Congress.

Accompanying person fee includes:

  • Welcome cocktail.
  • Social Dinner.
  • Christian Rome and the Art of Mosaic (Tour).

Registrations and all reservations to the Conference must be made through the online form. Kindly be aware that registrations will be considered complete upon receipt of the full amount due by bank transfer or by credit card.

Please, consider that receiving a payment from a not registered participant doesn’t allow us to issue the regular invoice and consequently isn’t valid until the due registration on our online platform.
Therefore, please, to register for the Conference you must make sure to have completed the registration form before making the payment.

Your registration will be effective only after we have received the total amount due by bank transfer or by credit card. The Conference Secretariat will then provide the invoice/s.

In the ‘Invoice’ section of the registration form, please also specify the fiscal address and VAT/tax code:
– In the case of refunds from your Company/Institution, please select “Company”
– If you are paying independently, please insert your fiscal data.

Please note
No pro-forma invoice will be issued.
All participants are required to carefully check the inserted data for the invoice(s).
Any change of the invoice details (such as an address, VAT number etc.) is exclusively possible within 3 days from the payment date and is subject to a 20 EUR extra fee. In case of doubt, please check with your company/institution administration first.

Policy cancellation for Congress on-site fees, optional tours and Congress dinner:
• Full refund for cancellations received before May 10th 2024 (midnight CEST);
(please note: € 20 will be withheld for administrative practices);
• 50% refund for cancellations received between May 11th and July 1st 2024 (midnight CEST);
• No refunds will be granted after July 2nd 2024.

All refunds will be processed starting one month after the Conference.

A € 20 bank commission expense will be charged for refunds and changes to the invoices for administrative purposes.

Save time and book an accommodation when registering for ICORS 2024!

To finalize your booking you will be asked to provide credit card details, which will be used only as a guarantee of the reservation. The Conference Secretariat will forward your request and provide an official confirmation by email once the availability is confirmed.

Please note your card won’t be charged during the booking procedure, as payment will take place directly at the hotel check-out. City taxes will be charged as well:

• 4,00 € per person per night for 1-star hotel

• 5,00 € per person per night for 2-star hotel

• 6,00 € per person per night for 3-star hotel

• 7,50 € per person per night for 4-star hotel

• 10,00 € per person per night for 5-star hotel

In accordance with Law 196/2003 and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 all data provided will be treated for running the course and will be added in our database to receive further invitations to similar congress.
